“Creativity can be an antidote for coping with stress, worries, and anxiety and at the end of the day after spending some time in our right brains, can help us achieve a more positive outlook on life. I hope that you can and are able to take comfort in your rug hooking, art or whatever creative endeavor takes you to that happy, peaceful place.”
